Becca & Our New Pets

When my business partner, Becca, and I made a quick run to the Dallas Market we got a lot done. Boy, was it nice strolling the halls not in a hurry. In fact, we found the cutest edition to our baby area at the store — these cute baby animals hold bottles so the little ones can really hold on while they get a drink! Have a baby gift you need, we are excited to be expanding that area in our store and excited to add our new zoo baby bottles.

Fabulous Table

So excited to get some new items for our store, including this round table found at an auction practically in perfect condition. I’m starting to work on the chairs to have a fabulous fabric seat, but after that, it is perfect. All the fabulous home decor items are perfect for sprucing up anywhere from the mantel to the coffee table…you name it, each item is a wonderful and unique addition before everyone moves outside for summer. Of course, in this Texas heat, outdoor lasts about a week and then it is back to the cool indoors!

With the end of the Easter and Mother’s Day gift giving season it was time to get ready for summer. To me, that means the breaking out of the red, white and blue. Memorial Day, the beginning of summer, the time to remember those who’ve helped us enjoy those lazy, hazy summers…and then July 4th, the ultimate celebration of our freedom. So, I excitedly broke out the official “kick-off to summer” salute. Enjoy…and remember what the red, white and blue means to you!
